Majestic Rose Quartz Ganesha Carving

Absolutely magnificent Ganesha carving created by hand using high quality rose quartz sourced in India. Ganesha is a Hindu god with the head of an elephant and the body of a human. He is known as the remover of obstacles, the bringer of new beginnings and good luck.

In this majestic carvings Ganesha is accompanied on either side by Goddesses Riddhi and Siddhi. Riddhi represents material wealth, prosperity, and abundance. Siddhi represents spiritual growth, intellect, and spiritual powers. Together they symbolize the complete blessings of Ganesha, ensuring both material and spiritual well-being. Their presence in Ganesha's iconography serves as a reminder of the importance of balance and harmony in life.

The hook-like instrument in Ganesha's hand is called "ankusha", which is an instrument to train and guide elephants. The hook of the Ankusha represents the pulling of devotees away from worldly illusions and towards spiritual enlightenment.

Flowers frame either side and the top of this piece, as well as a peacock on the front left side. The back is it's own carving, full of peacocks, flowers and an elephant. Light is able to pass through this piece, illuminating both it's beautiful color and carving details.
