Print your own Mineral ID cards right at home! This downloadable template contains ID cards to help you keep track of pieces in your collection. The cards include the mineral name, locality and any other notes you may want to include (ie: the year it was purchased, how much you paid for the piece, where it was purchased from), etc.
After purchase, you will be emailed a download link that will open up the PDF file. This file can be saved to your computer. You can print the ID cards as many times as you'd like. You can either handwrite the details in or you can type them in if you have a Mac (see below).
You must be able to download a PDF and have access to a printer. The cards in this video have been printed on a home printer on standard printer paper and then laminated.

For Mac: You can type in your ID card details instead of handwriting after printing. Once the file is opened, click on the filling button and you can type in the information before printing.
Each card is 2 3/4" long by 1 1/2" tall.
